The CDC published a study summarized in the picture below. The link below provides conclusions drawn by the CDC. This is total CDC bullshit.
The graphic presents a “spurious correlation.” The conclusion is that 2 unrelated factors have had a dramatic impact on the spread of COVID as well as causing COVID death.
The graphic infers that where states required masks that there was a decrease in the increase of COVID cases and COVID deaths. The graphic infers that states that allowed on-site restaurant dining caused an increase in COVID cases and COVID deaths.
The graphic completely ignores the fact that the CDC has already stated that 94% of all COVID deaths average 2.6 co-morbidities. In other words for the on-site dining to have caused an increase in COVID deaths means there had to be a shitload of deathly ill people dining at restaurants and getting COVID from dining out….because 94% of the “reputed” COVID dead average 2.6 co-morbidities.
Perhaps the CDC also infers that dining out without a mask also caused other co-morbidities because a lot of people who died in the dining at restaurant counties had 2.6 OTHER co-morbidities. That makes no sense but it makes as much sense as the argument put forth by the “medically knowledgeable” CDC!
The math behind what the CDC has published is as hokey as the original Imperial College study claiming 2,200,000 Americans were at risk of dying “in a few months.” The assumptions in the study are that only 2 factors exist towards increasing or slowing illness\death rates: Mask mandates and on-site restaurant dining. The assumption also is that measuring case and death rates slowing down and speeding up is somehow actually measurable as if all testing was done at the exact same time to the exact same populations within the counties studied. Common Sense should tell you that those assumptions aren’t valid.
According to the CDC graphic the citizens in the 16 states without mask mandates should be dropping dead at a disproportionate rate versus the other 34 states. California and New York some of the strictest mandates and those 2 states lead the way in cases and death! Somehow the CDC has managed to miss factoring that into the equation!
Globally…do you think Haiti has strict mask mandates? Haiti has 11,000,000+ people and 241 COVID deaths. The population is mainly poverty stricken and doesn’t eat out but they also don’t wear masks and social distance. According to the CDC people should be dropping like flies. It must be the lack of restaurants that is keeping Haitians so unaffected by COVID!

On October 23 the University of Washington published study and all the major news media blared that there could be 500,000 US COVID dead by February 1.
This study and the news media blaring of the study wear a BLATANT LIE!
Even with fudged high numbers the totals were short 60,000 deaths.

Several weeks ago, I traveled to Woodlawn on the South Side of Chicago, and as I drove through the icy streets past businesses and homes, I did not see a single Black Lives Matter sign. After parking my car on King Drive, I entered the New Beginnings Church where Pastor Corey Brooks greeted me. I joked that I thought Black Lives Matter would see more support in this neighborhood, and he just smiled. Then I asked if his nonprofit, a community center called Project H.O.O.D., had received any of the $90 million that Black Lives Matter had raised since the death of George Floyd — and he let out a drawn-out, “nooooo.”
His community had suffered horribly after the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis last May. Pharmacies and grocery stores were looted and trashed, leaving residents, many of them poor, without basic necessities. The pastor organized for church members to shuttle their fellow neighbors to pharmacies and stores in other towns so they would not have to go without medicines or food.
The pastor wondered if the looted stores would ever come back. He had spent the last two decades in this neighborhood improving it every possible way so businesses would set up shop and provide countless employment opportunities to the locals. But, who would invest hundreds of thousands of dollars, if not millions, only to lose everything in a night of violence?

The House voted 220-210 along party lines to adopt HR 1, described by the Daily Signal as “a bill to nationalize election procedures that states now control.”
The bill effectively repeals state voter ID laws, allowing individuals to vote without a sanctioned ID by simply signing a statement declaring their identity.
HR 1 would give felons the right to vote and expand Election Day registration. It also would force taxpayers to fork over $6 to political candidates for every $1 the candidate raises.
